Customer Services Supervisor
Our client is currently seeking a senior person to efficiently and effectively supervise the Customer Service Officers and support the Customer Service Specialists in the order management, EDI, Pricing and Master Data processes in line with agreed service level requirements to both internal and external customers and overall company expectation.
A successful candidate will show experience in Customer Service Support, Order Management, Management of Customer Service Levels, Pricing Management and SAP knowledge within the SD Module.
Successful candidates must have completed or be in the 3rd year of study of a tertiary qualification, be passionate about customer service and be able to work under pressure to achieve customer deadlines.
